In KRLL, there are three belt sanders that use the same on/off switch mechanism. Each switch has a removable piece which acts as a safety key. One day, I used a sander and its safety key was missing. I could not find the missing key anywhere so I decided to print one myself. It took about 30 minutes to measure and CAD a duplicate key. I then 3D printed my design and it worked perfectly.
